- Level II Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for IT and OT systems.
- User Training : Conduct training sessions on IT and OT systems, applications, and tools.

- Collaboration : Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement IT / OT solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of IT and OT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Incident Management : Log and track incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Infrastructure Maintenance : Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and OT devices.
- Security : Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain security measures.
- Continuous Improvement : Propose and support improvements to enhance IT / OT processes and system performance.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external IT / OT vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
