Role Overview:
- Oversee the US Commercial IT portfolio, aligning IT investments with business strategies to advance client's mission.
- Define, plan, and manage the IT portfolio, collaborating with IT leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritize the US Commercial IT portfolio according to IT governance.
- Value Realization: Lead business case creation and management to support IT investments and ensure benefits realization.
- Performance Management: Define and track success metrics, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
- Fiscal Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Standardization: Implement standardized processes for demand planning and project management, scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Innovation: Drive innovation-focused projects to enhance IT outcomes.
- Tools: Use tools like ServiceNow for portfolio management and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive portfolio management maturity and Agile adoption.
- Risk Management: Manage risks and dependencies for timely project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proven success in IT portfolio management and change management.
- Advanced experience in business process controls, resource, and budget management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership skills, facilitation, and decision-making abilities.
- PMI, Agile certifications, or similar experience.
