About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of direct experience in working with, troubleshooting, and optimizing discrete component assembly equipment controls and instrumentation.
You should have strong proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell ControlLogix), HMI programming, Cognex vision systems setup and programming, as well as experience with machine vision (Keyence and Cognex preferred).
Additionally, you should be able to troubleshoot control circuits of automation equipment, install, start up, qualify, and debug new automation, and interface directly with manufacturing representatives to drive preventative maintenance schedules, techniques, and training.
This is a hands-on role, requiring the candidate to take on project work assigned as an individual contributor, or as a participant on cross-functional teams.
