DIRECT HIRE - FULL TIME (benefits offered through end client)
Location: 3 days onsite Mooresville, NC - 1 day onsite Charlotte, NC - 1 day remote
Schedule: Mooresville Mon-Wed | Thurs Charlotte | Friday remote
**Relocation package offered for non-local candidates**
Salary Range: $110-$120k plus a 15% - 30% max- of base salary bonus to be paid out 2x annually, based on company performance

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years' experience in internal/external IT audit experience
- Experience leading audit engagements with 1 junior staff.
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (NIST, SOC 1/SOC 2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Master's degree in business, Accounting, IT, or related field
- CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Cybersecurity audit experience
- Retail business experience preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI or other related data analytics tool
Day to Day:
- The IT Lead Senior Auditor is to oversee and perform a wide variety of complex technology audits to evaluate the established internal controls designed to manage the Company's most significant risks - including information security risks.
- As the IT Lead Senior Auditor, you will guide daily audit project operations and supervise/train Senior and Staff Auditors to guarantee timely and high-quality completion of audit work.
- Within the clients Internal Audit function, the agile auditing methodology and mindset is leveraged to focus on the most urgent needs of our business stakeholders.
- The IT Lead Senior Auditor will also participate in rotational committee work, such as internal auditing quality reviews, issue follow up activities, training coordination, etc.
