Daily Tasks:

• Monitor: File downloads (SEIMA) for order extracts or order draws, and extracts on WMS.
• Execute Pick Tag Breakdown: Manually fold tags, sort assignments and routes, and distribute pick tags. Print and deliver TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, and wave reports.
• Execute Pick Tag Re-prints: Re-print pick tags as requested by the customer.
• Material Returns: Print, break down dealer and supervisor tags, process envelopes, file, and prepare totes for delivery.
• Stock Inventory: Replenish daily supplies (e.g., MR tags, PC302 forms, tag printer ribbons, OVN tags, pick tags, green bar paper, toners, copy paper).
• Cover WMS Launch Activities.

Typical Day in the Role

• Task Breakdown: Primarily printing tags and performing extract work. Set up in the computer room, ensure printers are working, and manage extracts throughout the day.
• Interaction Level: Work with 13 sites, each with 2-3 operators. Interaction mainly with other operators and general supervisors.
• Work Environment: Computer rooms with industrial printers, desks, and a typical warehouse setting. Business casual in the computer room, safety vest in the warehouse.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree: 2-year technical degree preferred.

• Warehouse experience (2 years)
• Office skills (Microsoft 365 and Excel)
• WMS experience (SAP or WMS)
