Essential Responsibilities :
- Responsible for IT Directors total project
- Collaborate with assigned project managers to : Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plansProvide financial oversight and support for projects, ensuring adherence to budget and financial goals
- Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting
- Maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Support cost reduction initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide financial input to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance
