Title: Junior Information Security Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Monday through Friday: Onsite 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week
Job Type: 1 year contract extensions
Pay: $28-32/hr on W2 paid weekly
Overview:
You will provide oversight of third-party assessments which have been conducted to ensure proper Governance Risk and Compliance to the company's standards and policies. Peer Review other teams work providing support in closing issues and findings of gaps with a vendor's IT/IS, Privacy programs.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide peer reviews of IT/IS assessment of vendors.
- Data entry of findings identified, tracking gaps and working with peers to move process forward and improve processes were needed.
- Assist in determining Inherent Risk of Vendors contracting engagement with sharing of data and/or connections in line with Third Party Risk Management program.
- Clearly articulate requirements when engaging senior level executives to discuss qualifying questions within inherent risk questionnaire.
Qualifications:
- Experience auditing IT/IS systems, very detail oriented with ability to provide high level of attention to detail and collaborate with team and work with vendors.
- IT/IS Certifications (A , Security , ITIL, Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) or other relevant certification).
- 3-4 years experience with Information Security Risk assessments
- Or 3-4 years experience in Information Technology General Controls Audit (ITGC)
- Or 3-4 years experience in IT/IS Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
Salary : $28 - $32
