Job Description:
Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage 5-6 smaller projects (around $100k budget) related to Group Sales Intake requests.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and track requests through completion.
- Coordinate with tech, business, and other teams to ensure project success.
- Use Workday for project tracking (training provided).
- Primarily manage projects using the Waterfall methodology.
- Handle new interfaces, reporting, and other client requests.
- Junior-level experience in project management.
- Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus (training available).
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Business-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
- EST/CST hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm.
- Interview process: Resume review and team interview.
