Key Job Responsibilities
- owning delivery of test equipment design and fabrication across integrated electrical, mechanical, optics, compute, PCB, ICT, high voltage, pneumatics, and robotic systems.
- Scoping, managing, and ensuring delivery of multiple technical projects in parallel from concept to delivery
- Weekly reporting of performance of the team
- Leading daily stand up meetings and weekly team syncs
- Evaluating and identifying improvements to design process
- Maintaining high level of communication with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Maintaining a high bar when reviewing technical documents, drawings, CAD, etc.
- Maintaining internal ticketing system for mechanical programs
- Maintaining internal ticketing system for international shipments
