Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated Mid Level Project Manager to join our PMO team. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to organized play, identity and access management, and web properties and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, a passion for delivering value, and a love for gaming.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the execution of medium-risk and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and managing communications, performance, and deliverables of the project team.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, conduct regular status meetings, and provide detailed reports on project progress and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, manage resources, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Drive the definition of project governance structures and participate in Project Leadership / Steering Committee meetings.
- Anticipate risks, drive contingency planning, and resolve roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, and provide guidance to a team of associate and contract team members.
- Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and defuse tension among project team members should it arise.
- Participate in early forecast activities to estimate staffing and effort to scope projects.
- Contribute to the continuing maturation of project management methodologies.
