Job Description :

Title :  Front Office Receptionist

Location :  San Antonio, TX (North side near Loop 1604)

Job Type; 6-month contract to permanent

Schedule :  Onsite Monday through Friday 8-hour work days, 40-hour work weeks

Interview Process :  2 rounds (1st round is virtual / 2nd round is onsite)

Day to day responsibilities :

  • Greets and receives visitors at establishment, ascertains nature of business, and guides visitors to destination.
  • Asks for visitors name and notifies person called upon on visitors arrival.
  • Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed.
  • Answers telephone calls and transfers callers to appropriate party.
  • Operates office machines including, but not limited to, fax machines, copiers, and postage machines.
  • Monitors and orders inventory for office and break room supplies.
  • Schedules repairs for office equipment.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.
  • Composes and distributes general office memos and correspondence
  • Controls schedules for conferences, community spaces, and other appointments.
  • Manages the strategy and planning of corporate events, including coordinating payment to all vendors.
  • Outlines, coordinates, and operates corporate events, ensuring successful execution of events.

Must have skills / technologies :

  • Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred
  • Experience supporting Executive and C-Suite Leadership Teams
  • 2-5 years of Office Admin or relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Suite
  • Accustomed to working in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • Associates degree or working on Bachelors, experience can be in lieu of degree
  • Nice to haves’ skills / technologies :

  • Bachelors Degree or 5  years of front office receptionist experience
