Job Description Summary:
Looking for an Organizational Change Lead with strong communication skills, an emphasis on getting things done, and a focus on the people side of delivery. This will be someone interested in executing towards a strategy and willing to collaborate with multiple team members on both large and small initiatives.
The Organizational Change Lead will apply a structured approach, focusing on the people and process-related changes to increase colleague engagement and adoption of any change management needs.
The Organizational Change Lead will provide expert communications and support within Global Technology to ensure the appropriate level of Organizational Change Management is planned, communicated, executed and measured for a wide range of initiatives including project implementation and operational support.
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of manufacturing best-practices and exposure to production processes and environments a plus
- Experience building a change and communications plan from scratch
- Partners effectively with Business Stakeholders, ensuring a consistent approach.
- Experience in creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis and communication plans
- Provide input, and support the design and delivery of training
- Develop graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Develop and deliver high quality verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels with clarity
- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must have strong follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key.
- Strong PC skills; proficient in Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures
- 5-8 years of experience applying organizational change management approach within the corporate setting
- 3-5 years of IT experience a plus
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PROSCI expertise or certification or ACMP certification a plus
