Job Title : Packaging Engineer
Location : Shelton, CT (4 days onsite, 1 remote)
Compensation : $32-47 / hr
Duration : 2 month contract position with potential to extend beyond

Description :
Our global food services client is seeking temporary help to cover for a team member on maternity leave. This role involves working on packaging specifications with suppliers and marketing teams to facilitate the testing and approval of items before production. It is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes initiative and enjoys being proactive.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Ability to interface with the companys Leadership Team
- Strong consulting skills, specifically in managing change
- Familiarity with vendor management and service level agreements
