Job Title: Portfolio Manager/Agile Coach
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Portfolio Manager/Agile Coach for our client, an international financial services company! This role is crucial for implementing agile practices and managing portfolio activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be a mid-senior level professional, open to learning and adapting to new processes, capable of driving initiatives to completion, experience with PI planning, Lean Portfolio Management, and Enterprise experience.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Length: Contract to Hire
Hourly Rate: $80/hr (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Coaching: Provide agile coaching to one of the most mature agile teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee portfolio management activities, including budget, resourcing, and PI planning.
- Project Management: Act as a Scrum Lead, tracking items to closure and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Agile Metrics: Focus on agile metrics, including capacity guardrails, and ensure accurate updating and documentation.
- PI Events: Run PI events and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Compliance Focus: Work on projects related to anti-money laundering, sanctions, and financial crimes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Excel for project tracking and updates.
Qualifications:
- SAFe Certification: Highly Preferred
- Agile Experience: Proven experience in agile coaching and management.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience working in an enterprise environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new processes and openness to the company's methodologies.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on engineering and compliance stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Lean Portfolio Management: Understanding and experience in lean portfolio management.
- Agile Metrics: Strong understanding of agile metrics and their application in project management.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
