Job Description:
- Digital experience portfolio manager within healthcare
- Deeply understands Products experience strategy and goals for their assigned Domain (i.e. Web & Mobile, Contact Center, Member Outreach & Provider)
- Broadly understands business goals and related OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for all LOBs, (Lines of Business) partnering closely with the LOB Portfolio Managers
- Partners closely with Business, Product, and other technology teams to align Experience sub portfolio initiatives to business goals and product roadmaps
- Responsible for coordinating business case creation for the Experience sub-portfolio initiatives in partnership with Product, Business, and other technology teams
- Tracks initiative movement from ideation through planning and ensures that key results are measurable and valuable
