Apex Systems is in need of a Top Secret Principal Network Engineer to work supporting the Federal Government. A qualified candidate will have experience with enterprise government networks.
This position requires a Top Secret Clearance
Location: Arlington, VA (100% on-site)
Pay Rate: $72/hr, 150k conversion
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Requirements:
- Top Secret Clearance
- CCNA, CCNP, or Aruba (ACSA), or Juniper Certs (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP)
- IAT Level II Certification or Equivalent
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking systems
Preferred:
- Aruba Certification (ACSA or ACSP)
- Experience with Aruba or Juniper Networking Systems
- Previous experience with DoD, DISA, or JSP Network Environments
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and build communications networks
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls for LAN/WAN systems
- Monitor and maintain network integrity and compliance
- Provide technical solutions and innovative methods
- Lead and guide less-experienced network personnel
