Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineering Manager to lead our Process Engineering Team at the Garyville, LA manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position that requires technical expertise and leadership skills to foster a safe work environment and improve process efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of process engineers and automation/control engineers who work to eliminate hazards, minimize risk, and enhance personal and process safety across the site. They will provide technical direction, professional development, and oversight of the site's process and automation engineers responsible for production and utilities areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment design, process safety, and process optimization, as well as knowledge of process and hazard assessment tools such as FMEA, PHA, and Risk assessment. They should be able to develop effective solutions for resolving long-standing process and equipment deficiencies and have a strong understanding of digital tools and process controls.
