Our local Medical Services client is requesting a Product Owner to join their team to support enterprise wide initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with department heads and business representatives to identify and implement technical solutions. Youll gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical requirements, ensuring solutions maximize cost structure, revenue, quality, usability, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in developing product roadmaps, performing gap analysis, and managing application development and support activities.

Responsibilities:
Key Tasks:
Define and document business requirements. Translate requirements into technical stories. Perform gap analysis and create product roadmaps. Develop proposed solutions and design end-to-end systems. Manage application development, administration, and support activities. Communicate solutions, designs, project status, and results. Estimate solutions for time, resourcing, and costs. Coordinate resources and assist in training and deployment plans. Manage team priorities, workload, and support. Adapt to changes and manage competing demands. Act dependably and solicit feedback to improve performance. Other duties as assigned.

Key Tasks:
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or 9 years of experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product ownership.
- Experience in dental, healthcare, or retail industry.
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
Preferred:
- Masters degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in two of the following industries: dental, healthcare, or retail.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds.
Skills/Abilities:
