You develop design skills (typography, composition, and color) in order to aid your performance as Production Designer. Key job responsibilities
- Support the Global Brand Creative & Events design teams in production design tasks
- Create and update a variety of digital and physical assets from source files ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
- Partner with Art Directors and designers to understand creative intent and how to best implement creative across assets
- Maintain high bar for stakeholder communication through all channels
- Review and provide feedback for agency submitted artwork
- Prepare branded assets for internal and agency distribution; including logos, templates, power point decks and other artwork
- Possess understanding of production tools and processes, keeping current with production standards and technology
- Work within a continuous improvement environment to implement design production solutions that improve output quality, increase efficiency and speed, and / or enhance customer experience
- Apply broad knowledge of production skills, project workflows and file / asset management, to handle assigned projects with minimal supervision
- Ensure that all projects are completed within identified timelines and outputs meet requirements for delivery across various channels (e.g. print, digital, video, and email)
- Take on limited design work when required, in order to supplement team workload
