Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of related experience in manufacturing, quality, equipment engineering, or process engineering is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment specification and process design, as well as knowledge of process and hazard assessment tools such as FMEA, PHA, and Risk assessment. They should also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of digital tools and process controls and be able to develop effective solutions for resolving long-standing process and equipment deficiencies.
