Must Haves:
- Develop program-level metrics and presentations to provide progress/status for development, build, sustainment, and project planning.
- Monitor project progress and report project performance status (cost and schedule).
- Support development of supplier SOWs and applicable Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRL).
- Coordinate with design team, build team, and suppliers to support the development of engineering design and manufacturing.
- Contribute to project management tools and processes and shared lessons learned.
Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with multiple support functions (engineering – all disciplines, manufacturing, procurement, finance, IT, technical logistics, quality, contracts), customers, and suppliers.
- Capability to plan and execute internal and external design reviews as well as other technical meetings.
- Organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining flexibility through the fast paced, evolving environment. Strong organizational & task management skills are required.
- Previous project execution responsibilities including supplier, cost, and schedule management are required.

(CLIENT NAME REMOVED) is seeking a Project Engineer/manager to join one of many development and production programs. The Project Engineer at (CLINET NAME REMOVED) is responsible for managing the scope, schedule and cost for multiple engineering efforts. This position will oversee the successful execution of project deliverables by understanding project requirements, building and maintaining the project Integrated Master Schedules, managing cost and schedule performance and supporting a multi-disciplined team through the complete development lifecycle for product introduction. This position is located at (CLIENT NAME REMOVED) headquarters facility in Ft. Worth, TX.
What you'll be doing as a PM-engineer/manufacturing:
- Responsible for program scope execution and final product delivery.
- Oversee the on-time delivery of high-quality contract deliverables for all program requirements.
- Lead cross functional teams to execute technical program efforts through the entire lifecycle of product development including managing cost, schedule and program milestone achievement.
- Develop program-level metrics and supporting databases to provide progress/status for development, build, sustainment, and project planning.
- Develop manpower and budget forecasts for the program management.
- Strategic Planning: Support the development of future capability product roadmaps and incremental project features to align with customer needs.
- Develop supplier SOWs and applicable Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRL).
