Title - Project Scheduler
Duration - 18 months (intention to convert full time)
Location - on site in Wilson, NC ***6 months of training in PHILIDELPHIA, PA - lodging and expenses paid for by client)
Pay - 60 /hr W2
MUST HAVES:
- 5-7 years’ experience in scheduling
- Project Data analytics (project schedule date, creating metrics, kpis)
- Onsite 100%
- Strong Communcation
- P6 experience/bio or medical industry experience are huge plusses
Job Description:
This team is in need of a Mid-Level Scheduler to join our Bio NC project team. This role involves supporting our lead scheduler in managing and integrating project schedules from design through operational turnover. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction scheduling, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, and be proficient in Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead scheduler in integrating all project schedules.
- Manage and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Work on-site in Wilson, NC, with a commitment to being present full-time.
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling updates.
- Ensure schedules are detailed and accurate, covering all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Primavera P6 and transition to Oracle Primavera Cloud as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years project scheduling experience
- Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud is a plus.
- Strong technical skills in scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with project teams.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical project scheduling, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Wilson, NC, with a full-time on-site presence.
