Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic QA Analyst/Engineer to join our team in Costa Mesa. This role involves working closely with our lead QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and grow in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Testium to run tests and build test cases from scratch.
- Expand existing test cases and perform edge case and regression testing.
- Collaborate with the lead QA Engineer to understand the testing process and tools.
- Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing to ensure applications meet performance standards.
- Evaluate and prioritize risks, focusing testing efforts on high-risk areas.
- Set up, manage, and maintain test environments to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Testium for running tests and building test cases.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript front-end development.
- Familiarity with Java is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOAP, API, and REST.
- Strong understanding of performance testing principles.
- Ability to plan and execute performance, scalability, and load testing.
- Skills in risk assessment and prioritization.
- Experience in test environment management.
