- This role supports the AMER Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders.
- The coordinator is an integral partner in providing excellent customer support to our interns, managers and stakeholders such as managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders.
- Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
- This candidate will deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
