Position Summary:

You will leverage your technical expertise to determine end-to-end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers, and vendors. Collaborating closely with business partners, you will define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure. You'll drive and participate in the design, development, and implementation of large and complex enterprise-wide applications, often incorporating new technologies. Your role involves working closely with developers and testers to ensure that requirements and functional designs are accurately translated into working technical designs, and that test plans and scripts effectively meet customer needs. You may also manage projects, including oversight of project budgets. This position operates with minimal supervision on enterprise-wide projects requiring creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and elicit requirements/stories from business teams.
• Gather and apply technical knowledge to use cases, process models, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and more into JIRA Epics & Stories, spikes, and Tasks for team execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Development Team to refine and estimate story requirements.
• Act as a communication hub between tech teams and business partners/product owners.

Primary Skills:

• Systems development lifecycle expertise, including project management, IT, and business strategy, business/systems analysis and design, requirements gathering, and business process modeling.
