Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to join our clients team remotely. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in application support, with a strong ability to work with both vendor and homegrown applications, including InfoLease, SpeedPay, and Salesforce. A basic understanding of SQL is required.
Experience Level: Senior (10 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for a variety of applications, including origination platforms, homegrown apps, and Salesforce.
- Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of users.
- Supporting 30 applications.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve application issues.
- Monitor and respond to notifications and alerts.
- Assist in the support of InfoLease and SpeedPay applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in application support.
- Proficiency in working with vendor and homegrown applications, including InfoLease, SpeedPay, and Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of SQL (no coding required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with origination platforms and other financial applications.
