Job Description:
Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to assist with the segmentation of medical and facility devices. This role is in Rochester, MN 55901. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT networking, inventory validation, and Agile activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with a team. We're looking to submit qualified candidates as early as this week.
Compensation: $30/hr (overtime rate of $45/hr when/if applicable)
Schedule: M-F normal business hours, fully ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:
-Facilitate the segmentation of medical and facility devices by completing each step in the Communication and Validation processes.
-Reach out to stakeholders to review and validate inventory information.
-Understand IT networking concepts to comprehend device data flows.
-Document results of inventory validation.
-Work independently and as part of a team.
-Participate in Program Agile Activities.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of IT networking concepts (will significantly help to understand what is being done and what to look for).
-Excellent communication skills.
-Experience in Microsoft Tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite (with strong Excel)
-Ability to document processes and validation results clearly.
-Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Required Education:
-Bachelors degree and six (6) years of experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis.
