We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Product Owner to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong core Product Owner skills, including managing multiple backlogs, creating backlogs from scratch, and collaborating with distributed teams. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both leadership and development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and prioritize multiple backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain product backlogs from scratch, ensuring they are well-groomed and actionable.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to provide updates and insights, and with development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure backlog management and provide sufficient work for development teams to action on each week.
- Handle quick turnaround requests from the business and ensure timely delivery.
- Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work is preferred.
