Top Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and data analysis within financial services
- Regulatory reporting requirements, regulatory frameworks, resolution and recovery planning
- Capital markets background, including derivatives and related financial products (repos, securities lending, etc.)
- Requirements gathering and UAT
- Data reconciliation and working with large data sets
- Jira and Confluence
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and deliver presentations
