Client: AT&T

Location: Dallas, TX (Downtown) hybrid (1-2 days a week potential)

Contract: 6-12 month contract to hire

• Needs to have the experience leading and developing roadmaps for the SOX controls in an IAM/Sailpoint environment
• ***Needs to have lead experience on control execution for SailPoint
• ***Design controls for Sailpoint
• ***Need to understand business process flows of SailPoint in and out well enough to provide direction for entire team

Previous Interview Feedback:

• Good controls person but was not as familiar on SailPoint - had used it but would not be able to give direction on it did not know in depth just knew as user/tester
• Did not have the knowledge and know the ends and outs to provide strategic direction for IAM Sailpoint compliance

Qual Notes:

• Team is AT&T Support all of SOX Compliance in IAM tools
• Migrating Legacy 8-9 tools to SailPoint for app layer and implementing CyberArk For compliance and sox audit - building out this organization
• Initially partnering with Accenture and Deloitte for migration then move to partner/Apex for compliance piece
• Skillsets - SOX and identity, security controls and narratives, assess risks, risk assessments, SailPoint and CyberArk expertise
• Onboard 20 apps soon - about 200 total to migrate
• Stakeholder communication Collaborator - product teams, senior leadership
• Financial industry Security background or regulatory environment
• Look for certifications like "CISA" and CISSP .

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SOX Compliance Consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and a solid background in security, focusing on SailPoint and CyberArk. This role involves conducting assessments and audits for SOX compliance, and effectively interacting with diverse audit teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough assessments and audits to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
• Collaborate with various audit teams and stakeholders to achieve SOX compliance goals.
• Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate security risks related to IAM.
• Provide expertise and guidance on IAM best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on SailPoint and CyberArk.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse audit teams and stakeholders.
• Expertise in performing assessments and audits for SOX compliance.
• Security certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of IAM tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks.
