The client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join the Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and systems implementation, coupled with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and Tableau. The role will involve driving operational efficiency through the development of KPIs and dashboards, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Utilize data analysis tools, including Excel, Smartsheet, and Tableau, to extract and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process optimization.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
