Job Description:
Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Remote

Hours: EST/CST, 8:30 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions.
- Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principle
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Participate in user research and usability testing.
- Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces.
- Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction across touchpoints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Share best practices and mentor junior designers.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in UX design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout and building prototypes.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

- Understanding of UX writing, content hierarchy and comfortable adding placeholder content into their own designs (not lorem ipsum)
- Insurance industry knowledge (health, auto, home, etc.)

- The place to access account information, check claims, find providers, etc.
