Job Summary:
- The Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for an experienced business project manager to manage a very high profile WMS upgrade.
- Upon the successful completion of the dedicated WMS project in 2025-2026, the position will transition into a Senior Project Manager role. In this capacity, the position will continue to contribute and/or oversee various Supply Chain efforts as priorities dictate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Serve as the business project manager for the conversion of our Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to a new upgraded version. Lead the project from initial planning through to deployment.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct extensive gap analysis with the WMS supplier throughout 2025 to identify and address any discrepancies between current and new systems.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of the upgraded WMS in 2026, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Process and Standardization: Define and update procedures in collaboration with business operation teams. Build performance indicators and contribute to the deployment of standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Support operational teams in their continuous improvement processes by contributing to diagnostics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Manage project planning, resources, and execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture. Define and carry out tests to validate solutions, build training materials, and support training efforts.
- Support: Provide level 3 support according to business criticality and defined service levels. Implement data quality measurement processes and structural settings within the designated scope.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including communication and training. Build and deploy change management plans until the transfer to support and operational teams.
- Mentoring and Consulting: Mentor and tutor team members, share internal and external best practices, and improve processes and ways of working.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Lean & Agile methods, quality and security rules, and state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
- Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into functional and/or technical specifications.
- Experience in leading change management, communication, and training initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and solve complex incidents.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and execution.
- Ability to build and deploy data quality measurement processes and structural settings.
- Experience in mentoring and consulting, with a focus on sharing best practices and improving processes.
Salary : $50 - $65
