About the Role : Our client isseeking a skilled BI Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and resolving Jira tickets, identifying issues, and allocating them to the appropriate data engineering resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SQL and Power BI, with excellent communication skills to effectively triage and monitor support tickets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve Power BI support tickets through Jira.
- Handle SQL-related support tickets.
- Triage and monitor incoming issues, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
