Title: Systems Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)
Contract: 6 month Contract then Direct Full Time Hire Position
Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join its Enterprise Network team. This crucial role will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level IT systems that align with organizational infrastructure and service goals. You will be primarily responsible for Windows Server OS lifecycle management, Azure IaaS/PaaS development, hybrid cloud management, centralized and decentralized storage solutions, and virtualization and orchestration systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering efforts with organizational strategies, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and conduct business analyses to ensure optimal resource allocation.

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of systems architecture, Windows Server OS lifecycle management, Azure IaaS/PaaS, centralized and decentralized storage platforms, virtualization, and orchestration systems.
- Federation Technologies: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Federation or similar technologies to support secure identity management and authentication across systems.
- Cloud & Systems Optimization: Proven experience in configuring and optimizing IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and storage platforms.
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, along with strong organizational capabilities.
- Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and support for systems and storage platforms.
- Project Management: Proven experience leading systems engineering projects with minimal supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
