Recruiter I
Contract: 1-year long with a chance to extend
Location: 5 days on-site in Bellevue, WA
Pay rate: 32hr
Overview:
Looking for an associate level recruiter who has experience recruiting on niche technology positions pertaining to hardware, aerospace or software development positions.
Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
- Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
- May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
