Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily site routines and break-fix tasks from 8 to 5 in the field.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Nokia Flexi Hardware.
- Stay current in technical theory, application, and operational discipline.
- Take on technical and project-related efforts, providing communication as directed.
- Understand and apply project management, radio access networks, backhaul to sites, signaling, disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.
- Have a basic understanding of network design, capacity planning, power systems (AC/DC), and grounding.

Qualifications:
