T e s t Infra System Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer (or Systems Development Engineer) to provide the onsite support while deploying and maintaining test infrastructure at the production facility. This candidate will support the test infrastructure to be delivered, built and verified on supporting the production hardware / product tests at our manufacturing facility. This job will have the opportunity to dive into satellite hardware and software technologies as well as working closely with hardware, software, IT, network, security and test teams.

K e y Job Responsibilities :

• Provide the onsite hand-on support (installation, modification, verification, debug, troubleshooting) during test infrastructure (Rack, network, server and system / software) deployment.
• Responsible and execute the test system setup verification.
• Provide the ad-hoc infrastructure troubleshooting support for test system team during the functional tests.
• Plan, develop, document and execute test infra maintenance / operations.
• Troubleshoot test infra performance problems with an integrated cross-functional team of security, network, system and software. Collaborate with hardware and software design teams to triage and resolve operational issues.
• On-onsite support for operational test racks, harnesses, and operations software systems support.
• Test rack physical security management.
• Test infrastructure inventory management.
