Responsible for deploying, managing, maintaining, and optimizing video acquisition processes. Leads technical initiatives, mentors junior team members, and enhances Video Acquisition services. Video groomers (Optimizing network transmissions that span multiple distinct transmission channels, protocol or technologies.)

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 7 years in video acquisition, IPTV, or broadcast engineering.
- Background in IPTV headend operations and video distribution.
- Hands-on experience with video ingest, encoding, and decoding.
- Designing and managing video acquisition systems.
- Experience with video encoding/transcoding and MPEG analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- SCTE DVEP, SCTE IPEP, LPIC-1, CCNA, AWS, Harmonic, or Ericsson-specific certifications.
