Apex Systems is seeking a Workday Technical Engineer to support our government client’s effort to automate currently existing manual processes for legacy systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations and Workday Extend applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications
- Utilize Workday Studio, Workday Web Services, REST / SOAP APIs, Alteryx plug-ins, and other integration tools to build robust data integrations.
- Utilize Workday Prism to automate outputs
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new Extend applications, integrations, and Prism automations
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and designs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide recommendations on integration solutions that best meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders during integration projects, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Ensure that all integration processes and procedures comply with organizational policies and best practices.
