Key responsibilities for the Financial Analyst include assisting with monthly reporting & analysis, coordinating financial forecasting activities, ensuring alignment among departments, and completing ad hoc analysis in support of business initiatives & strategic projects. The selected candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Distribution Finance, this role will be based from our Apex, NC location.

The Build (Responsibilities)
- Review financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Analyze results, identify trends, recommend actions
- Develop & track key performance metrics and perform ad hoc analysis
- Provide support to the business during the monthly close, quarterly forecast, annual budget and reporting processes
- Compile and publish standard reporting schedules and walks for use in monthly review presentations
- Develop monthly reports & analysis for review of DC & business unit performance
- Ownership as a primary point of contact at select distribution facilities
- Provide support and ad hoc analysis for capital projects and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate development of operational assumptions for forecasts and budgets
