The Blueprint (Role Profile)
Support operations by reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items to ship. Receive and communicate updates on any incoming shipments.
The Build (Responsibilities)
- Operate equipment in the shipping and receiving area to meet productivity targets set by the Company.
- Pick orders as assigned, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete required documentation.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition, and follow plant safety rules and policies.
- May perform other duties as required by the department.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-years relevant experience preferred.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch continuously.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds.
- Climb stairs and ladders.
