This candidate will have responsibilities to cover projects across multiple brands and channels. The Build (Responsibilities)
- The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading and directing creative concepts and implementing designs across multiple platforms that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion
- Expert knowledge of brand strategy, market trends, design methodology, and innovation
- Work with internal marketing teams to develop strategic design concepts for print, merchandising, packaging and digital
- Manage digital assets and perform project management responsibilities as it relates to assigned projects
- Design commercialization product launch materials including, but not limited to, product packaging, print ads, brochures, Point-of-Purchase, and trade show signage
- Conceptualize and develop compelling graphic icons and info graphics to explain product features and benefits
- Update and maintain product catalogs
- Support growth initiatives with creative ideas and input as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Must have 7 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac Environment: InDesign; Creative Cloud; Illustrator; and Photoshop software
- Proficiency in of Microsoft Office including basic Word, Excel and Power Point skills
- Experience with content management systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development is a plus
- This position requires regular interaction with regional and global teams
- Must be willing to travel within US and globally as needed. Expect 5-10% travel time
- Portfolio showcasing designs skills is required
- Strong typography, layout, and design skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on many projects at one time, while meeting established deadlines
- Creative mindset with ability to brainstorm and collaborate within a creative team
- Strong organizational skills – both in design and file management
- Able to take minimal direction to initiate and execute projects
- Excellent proofing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be self-sufficient and find solutions to design challenges
- Keep up to date on marketing trends, brand strategy, and innovation
- Have a solid understanding of prepress techniques including working with die-lines and various packaging structures
- Have a solid understanding of CMYK and spot color print process. Ability to prepare digital files for print supplier
