Job Summary :
The Office Manager will lead and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, resolving complex customer issues, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service Leadership – Supervise the customer service team, handle escalations, and enhance service policies to improve client satisfaction.
- Office Administration – Manage office operations, supplies, schedules, and internal communication to keep everything running smoothly.
- Billing & Invoicing – Oversee invoicing, payments, and account management, working closely with finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Process Improvement & Compliance – Streamline workflows, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and implement system improvements.
- Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and field teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
