Are you an organized, customer-focused professional looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced industry? We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Job Summary :

The Office Manager will lead and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, resolving complex customer issues, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in managing customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service Leadership – Supervise the customer service team, handle escalations, and enhance service policies to improve client satisfaction.
  • Office Administration – Manage office operations, supplies, schedules, and internal communication to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Billing & Invoicing – Oversee invoicing, payments, and account management, working closely with finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance – Streamline workflows, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and implement system improvements.
  • Team Coordination – Act as a liaison between customers, operations, and field teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5 years in office management, administration, or customer service (preferably in waste management, logistics, or a related industry).
  • Education :

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

    Experience :

    Leadership and Team Management :

  • Recruit, train, and supervise customer service representatives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service Operations :

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service department.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relations :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Process Improvement :

  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and update customer service policies and procedures.
  • Work with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
  • Analyze trends and data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Use customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance and Safety :

  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
  • Working Conditions :

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • In Office
  • Frequent use of a computer, phone, and headset.
  • Compensation & Benefits :

  • 60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Yearly Salary
