Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline administrative processes. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with documentation, data entry, and reporting.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to sales performance, orders, and client interactions.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and coordinating purchase orders.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and client appointments.
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems, sales databases, and document archives.
- Support customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues efficiently.
- Assist in tracking and managing sales goals, forecasts, and compliance deadlines.
- Order office supplies and maintain office equipment as needed.
Qualification & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sales support or customer relationship management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales processes and order management is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
