JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with maintaining their water treatment systems. You?ll perform field tests and maintenance on water treatment systems, troubleshoot mechanical issues, write detailed reports, and manage inventory of equipment and supplies. Utilizing your technical aptitude and customer service skills, you will ensure quality customer care and effective equipment maintenance to support our clients and their water treatment systems.
NOTE: We are seeking local candidates only for this position - those located in Scranton, Williamsport, or the southern tier of New York.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform field tests and maintenance on water treatment systems and write detailed reports
Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to resource for support
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, ensuring smooth operation
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and handle service requests
Maintain and manage inventory of equipment and supplies
Represent the Company with professionalism and a commitment to safety and customer service
Participate in training programs and take on cross-functional roles to expand your skillset
Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
A valid driver?s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments
Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a half-or full-face respirator
Must reside in Scranton, Williamsport, southern tier of New York, or surrounding area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in water treatment, pest control, plumbing, or facility maintenance
Associate?s degree in a technical field
Knowledge of plumbing, pumps, or industrial chemistry
