What You?ll Do:
- Perform field tests and maintenance on water treatment systems and write detailed reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to resource for support.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, ensuring smooth operation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and handle service requests.
- Maintain and manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Represent the Company with professionalism and a commitment to safety and customer service.
- Participate in training programs and take on cross-functional roles to expand your skillset.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver?s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in water treatment, pest control, plumbing, or facility maintenance
- Associate?s degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of plumbing, pumps, or industrial chemistry
