Essential Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Voice of the Business (VoB) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) research in various industry markets and help define key customer profiles and decision-making processes
- Review Apex’s existing social media channels and content and develop strategic recommendations to increase brand reach, engagement, and lead conversion
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects and create action plans to improve the Apex website’s organic search ranking
- Support the update and enhancement of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with Apex brand standards
- Assist with trade show and event planning and execution as needed
- Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and practices (social media platforms, SEO concepts, content creation)
- Familiarity with Voice of the Customer (VoC) studies and market research methodologies
- Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes
- Understanding of marketing communications strategies and tactics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Past work experience in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related field
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing technology platforms
