Industrial Athletic Trainer
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Athletic Trainer / Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team at ApexNetwork Physical Therapy. This role is responsible for providing onsite injury prevention and management services as well as health improvement programs for employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and supervising programs according to safe and established protocols. This may include:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science / Physiology, Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or a related field. You should also possess state licensure/certification, current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and ergonomic certification or training (preferred but not required).

- Offering non-pharmacological pain management and modalities
- Delivering 1:1 body mechanics and functional movement training
- Creating range of motion and flexibility exercise programs
- Developing site-wide educational resources and events
- Conducting office ergonomics consultation and assessments
- Providing educational and professional advice to employees on injury prevention and health
