The successful candidate will provide onsite injury prevention and management services, as well as health improvement programs for employees. This role involves implementing safety protocols, conducting ergonomic assessments, and educating employees on injury prevention and health.
Responsibilities:
- Implement injury prevention programs according to established protocols.
- Provide various treatments including hot or cold therapy, massage, non-rigid supports, and kinesiotaping services.
- Offer non-pharmacological pain management and modalities.
- Conduct 1:1 body mechanics and functional movement training sessions.
- Create customized exercise programs for employees.
- Develop site-wide educational resources and events.
- Conduct office ergonomics consultation and assessments.
- Provide educational and professional advice to employees on injury prevention and health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- State licensure / certification.
- Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification.
- Ergonomic Certification or training preferred but not required.
